Tips for piles are made of steel pipes with standard diameters from 108 to 630 mm.
For the production of tips, pipes are taken, which are cut into even sectors. For cutting the tip, a CNC plasma pipe cutting machine is used.

The use of prefabricated tips reduces shipping costs and speeds up the installation process in the field. because only one circumferential seam needs to be welded on site (the tips have a chamfer for welding).
