Mobile block-complete power plants based on gas turbine, piston, diesel electric units (MBCPP) are designed for electricity generation, heat supply by gas turbine, piston or diesel electric units.

MBCPP can be part of the Mobile well research and development complex or Preliminary Water Discharge Plant or supplied separately as a stand-alone power plant.

MBCPP can be used in various sectors of the oil and gas industry if their characteristics meet the technical requirements of consumers.



Characteristics

MBCPP can be supplied by electrical units with a capacity of 15 to 130 kW, with a nominal output current from 23 to 200A.

MBCPP is supplied in full factory readiness and includes an electric unit (quantity and model depending on the required power), a base (frame, sledge or chassis), a heat-insulating block box, fuel system equipment, an air treatment module, an MBCPP control system, a heating and air conditioning system, a ventilation, fire extinguishing, gas pollution control system and other necessary life support systems at the request of the Client.

The room is equipped with working, emergency lighting and sockets for repair lighting fixtures, as well as a heating system.

MBCPP can be manufactured on a frame, sled or mounted on the chassis of a tractor or car trailer with screw jacks for display and leveling at the place of operation.

All the equipment used by MBCPP has certificates of conformity and permission for use by the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision.
