Internal Devices for Oil and Stratal Water Treatment Equipment, Coalescing Filters
Various Coalescer configurations have been developed for drum-based vessels with a diameter of Ø1200, 1600, 2000, 2400, 3000 and 3400 mm as well as for tubular horizontal vessels measuring Ø700, 1000, 1200 and 1400 mm in diameter.
Climatic Modification: U (moderate) and HL (cold) as per GOST 15150 designed to operate at air temperatures.
Technical Data
The Coalescers consist of a structure fitted with replaceable cartridges with special coalescing elements.
These coalescers are used in process vessels such as оil and gas separator with water discharge and pipe end phase dividers to accelerate mass-exchange processes to separate crude oil emulsions into oil and water. They 2-3 times improve equipment efficiency.
The items are covered by a warranty valid for a minimum of 18 months from the date of commissioning but not beyond 24 months from the date of shipment by the manufacturer. The minimum service life is 15 years. The operating temperature range is 0-100 ˚C.
