Polyexpim FZE is well positioned to manufacture facilities for stratal water treatment to a residual content of entrained olids and oil below  5-10 mg/dm3. The equipment is usually installed inside warm buildings (shelter blocks, block-boxes) as well as outside.

Due to its specifics of designing and the need for simulation technique of the water treatment process in the field, this type of equipment is developed on the individual base. Features of the existing equipment, the physical and chemical composition of water are taken into account while developing the product’s design. The productivity of fine water filtering stations is represented by the normal range from 500 to 30,000 m3/day.


Types of units
 
Type I. 
Fine water filtering units for purification from mechanical impurities in the absence of contamination with oil or petroleum products. Water purification is provided by the process of Volumetric  adhesive filtration in devices of special design. Impurities extracted from water are periodically removed from the plant in the form of sludge.
 
Type II. 
Fine water filtering units for purification from mechanical impurities in the presence of contamination with oil or petroleum products. Water purification is provided by the reversible physical  adsorption process  in adsorber apparatuses. Impurities extracted from water are periodically removed  in the form of oil sludge.
Any level of automation and configuration of the unit by means of automated process control systems is possible.
