In May 2016, the Customer was shipped the Technological Water Heating Unit (TWHU), designed to distribute the flow of fresh industrial water with an innovative development of the TERMANIK-COMPLEX-320 inductive-conductive electric heater.

Technological equipment was installed in the room of the technological water heating unit:
– mounting kit for the Termanik-complex-320 comb block. It is a complete electric heating unit based on inductive-conductive heaters, designed for autonomous water heating.
Water heating is carried out in the technological pipeline with the help of an intermediate heat carrier (a mixture of water with ethylene glycol).

To heat the coolant, inductive-conductive electric heaters are used, which are reliable, autonomous and do not require constant supervision. The BTPV has an automatic control system (ACS) that controls the operation of the heating equipment. This unique unit, with a heating efficiency of up to 98%, fully meets the customer's requirements for reliability, durability and process efficiency in production.
